Allison Kim is a seasoned professional in sustainability and workplace strategy, currently serving as the Global Workplace and Real Estate Sustainability Senior Manager at Uber since May 2022. Previously, Allison held the position of Senior Director at the International WELL Building Institute from November 2019 to April 2022 and served as Vice President of Sustainability Services and Wellness at Cushman & Wakefield from January 2015 to October 2019. Allison's career also includes founding Goody Foods, an initiative recognizing the demand for healthy snack options, and working as an Energy and Sustainability Consultant at DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability, where 25 projects were certified under the LEED rating system. Earlier roles include positions in development and major gifts at organizations such as the National Audubon Society and the San Francisco Symphony. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Music from Butler University.
