Allison Macbeth has worked in a variety of roles in the field of health education. Allison began their career as an editor for Morning Quickie, a health and wellness website. Allison then moved on to the UBC Centre for Menstrual Cycle and Ovulation Research, where they worked as an assisted information officer. In 2009, they began working for the Terrence Higgins Trust, first as a web content editor and then as an assisted information officer. In 2012, they joined Vancouver Coastal Health as a program evaluation analyst for the STOP HIV/AIDS project. Allison is currently the education manager at UBC CPD.
Allison Macbeth has a masters from the University of Sydney and a bachelors from the University of British Columbia.
Their manager is Stephanie Ameyaw, Senior Manager (Interim), Strategic Projects and Partnerships. They are on a team with Sarah Tajani - Learning and Curriculum Manager, Stephanie Ameyaw - Project Manager, and Charlotte Humphries - Project Manager, UBC CPD Education Programs. and Maria Launeanu - Student Research and Events Assistant reports to Allison Macbeth.
