Nicholas Jo is an experienced volunteer and coach with a background in kinesiology and exercise science from The University of British Columbia, where a Bachelor's degree was obtained from 2017 to 2021. At UBC ICORD since September 2018, Nicholas provides information about ICORD research and activities, while contributing to a supportive environment at the Blusson Spinal Cord Centre. Additionally, as a basketball coach for the Active Kids Outreach Program since September 2017, Nicholas supervises and leads children's basketball activities, facilitating engaging and educational experiences while managing diverse skill levels and ensuring effective communication with parents regarding participant progress.
