Rafael Biasotto is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Founder and CEO of both Uatt? since April 2002 and Up! Content Co. since January 2016. Under Rafael's leadership, Up! Content Co. creates engaging content and brands for children, including the popular Bubu and the Owls. Rafael has also played a significant role at Endeavor Brasil from 2012 to June 2019 and founded Luciin, where responsibilities included the creation, concept, and operations of the company from June 2009 to October 2014. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, participation in the Endeavor Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Technical degree in Mechanical Production from Escola Técnica Federal de Santa Catarina.
