Roberto Villagran has a diverse work experience in operations management. Roberto worked at Cognizant from 2014 to 2021, where they started as a Team Supervisor and later became the Manager of Operations. Their responsibilities included coordinating and managing relationships with clients, leading the operations team, and ensuring the quality of service delivery. In 2021, Roberto joined Uassist.ME as an Operations Manager. In this role, they developed systems to connect sales agents with the fulfillment agency, recruited sales agents, set up accounting systems, and guided the sales agents through training and continuing education.

Roberto Villagran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Universidad José Simeón Cañas UCA El Salvador. Roberto completed their studies at this institution from 2003 to 2011.
