Edwin Galvez has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, business analysis, and customer service. Edwin worked as a Marketing Staff at Chatbot's Life from February 2017 and at Chatbot Conference NL from January 2016. Edwin then moved on to become a Business Analyst at Uassist.ME in July 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an English Second Language Teacher at English for Call Centers (E4CC) from January 2017 until June 2018. Edwin also gained valuable customer service experience, starting as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance in June 2010, then at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated from May 2012 to May 2014, and finally at TELUS International Central America from June 2014 to August 2017.

Edwin Galvez has a background in design and has pursued education in Industrial and Product Design as well as Graphic Design. Edwin attended the Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado from 2013 to 2015 for Industrial and Product Design, and from 2009 to 2012 for Graphic Design. Prior to that, they completed their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Instituto Nacional de Santiago de Maria from 2006 to 2008.
