Alex Houston serves as the Director of Impact Operations at uAspire since March 2019, having previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Information Systems and Manager of Virtual Advising Systems & Infrastructure. In this capacity, Alex leads the information systems team, manages the development of systems supporting over 10,000 students, and oversees cross-departmental project planning, including a significant CRM transition. Prior experience includes senior managerial roles at Enroot, with responsibilities in development, operations, and IT systems management, alongside positions at organizations like Cambridge Community Center and LIFT, Inc. Alex holds a Certificate in Interactive Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reed College.
