Swathi B is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as TA Lead at UANDWE since November 2022, and previously held the position of Assistant Manager at the same company. Prior to that, Swathi was Associate Manager at Accenture from March 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included demand fulfillment for over 30 clients and developing sourcing strategies for new and existing accounts. Swathi began a career at Wipro from September 2006 to March 2015, focusing on manpower planning, employee engagement, and technical recruitment while maintaining resource management databases and conducting orientations for new hires. Swathi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from SDM College of Engineering & Technology, Dharwad, earned between 1999 and 2003, and completed preboard education at Don Bosco School.
