Victor Leyba, MBA, currently serves as the VDC/Technology Director at Vigilant BIM & Construction Consultants LLC and has been a Journeyman with UA Local 469 since October 2021. As the CEO of VL Integrated, LLC since July 2015, Victor has also held roles such as BIM/VDC Senior Consulting Manager and BIM/VDC Senior Manager at Harris from February 2020 to October 2021. Previous experience includes positions like Division BIM Leader and Project BIM Lead at Southland Industries, instructor roles at Glendale Community College and ITT Technical Institute, and design and management positions at various companies. Victor holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and both a Bachelor and an Associate degree from ITT Technical Institute-Albuquerque.
