Maurie Smith is an experienced professional in urban planning and real estate development, currently serving as Managing Director at Keystone LifeSci Collaborative since September 2024 and Vice President at U3 Advisors since February 2015. In the role of Vice President, Maurie leads capacity-building initiatives, focusing on Facilities and Real Estate portfolio analyses and institutional strategy development.
