Adrian Redondo possesses extensive experience in the food technology and baking industries, currently serving as a Baking Technologist at U.S. Wheat Associates since June 2019. Prior roles include Key Account Manager at Ingredion from 2009 to May 2019 and Technical Sales Executive at both Bakels Philippines, Inc. and Mix Masters Food Corporation. Additionally, Adrian held positions as Production Supervisor at Leslie Food Corporation, Baking Technician at Sonlie International, and Research and Development Technical Assistant at Mix Plant Incorporation. Early career experience includes serving as Quality Control Officer at RAM Food Products Inc. and an OJT position in the Applications Group Department at Nestle Philippines Inc. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, earned between 1997 and 2001.
