Sohan Singh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sohan started their career at Big Sky Aviation, where they worked as a Technician and Diagnostics specialist, handling tasks such as aircraft motor replacement, hydraulic system testing/repair, and electrical diagnostics. Sohan also served as a supervisor in charge of airport heavy ground support equipment repairs.

Later, Singh joined RGF Environmental Group, Inc and AFL Industries as the Principal Mechanical Engineer/Division Manager. In this role, they were responsible for designing industrial wastewater systems, composite structural and sheet metal designs, and coordinating new product development projects. Sohan also worked as a Research and Development Engineer, overseeing engineering tasks critical to new product development in the air, water, and food divisions, including the design and development of an ASHRAE compliant HVAC testing chamber.

Singh then joined Bosch USA as a Heat Pump Engineer, where they focused on sustainability engineering and 8D problem solving for quality control, manufacturing, and engineering issues.
