Jacob Brudvig, PE has a diverse work experience in the mining industry. Jacob currently holds the position of Senior Mine Engineer at U.S. Silica Company, where they started in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nevada Gold Mines from September 2019 to July 2021, holding various roles including Growth Project Engineer, Short Range Engineering Supervisor and Long Range Planner, and Interim Chief Engineer. Before joining Nevada Gold Mines, Jacob worked at Newmont Mining Corporation from July 2012 to June 2019. During their tenure at Newmont, they served in roles such as Short Range Engineering Supervisor, Senior Planning Engineer, Mine Operations Production Foreman, Mid-Range Planning Engineer, Short Range Planning Engineer, Ore Control Engineer, and Drill and Blast Engineer. Jacob started their career as a Mining Engineer Student at Colorado School of Mines from August 2008 to November 2012. Jacob also gained internship experience at Intrepid Potash as a Mine Engineer Intern and at Imerys as a Safety Intern in 2011 and 2010 respectively.
Jacob Brudvig, PE completed their undergraduate education in Mining Engineering from 2008 to 2012 at the Colorado School of Mines. Jacob obtained their Professional Engineer certification in Mine Engineering from the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors in February 2020.
