Rhena Carr, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Sr. Director at U.S. Renal Care since June 2022. Previously, Rhena held the position of Human Resources Sr. Director and HRBP at Rent-A-Center from June 2011 to January 2023, overseeing HR leadership for 1,000 locations and 4,800 employees, and collaborating with divisional leaders to develop talent strategies. Rhena's extensive experience includes roles such as Talent & Risk Management Manager at Dharod, Inc., Director of Human Resources & Payroll at Marwin Group, and Recruiter at National Product Services, along with earlier recruiting roles at Texas Wings and Razzoo's Cajun Cafe, where Rhena established the HR department during a period of rapid expansion.
