Asha Thomas has had a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Asha started their career in 2001 as an RN/Charge Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they worked until 2006. Asha then joined Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Charge RN from 2004 to 2009. In 2007, Asha joined U.S. Renal Care as a Charge Nurse and later progressed to roles such as Clinical Manager, Regional Director of Operations, Clinical Specialist, and most recently, Director of Clinical Services.

Asha Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree from Christian Medical College Vellore, with a focus on Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing. Asha later pursued a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. Prior to their higher education, Asha obtained a High School Diploma from Indian School of Kuwait.
