Jessica Frost currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at U.S. Legal Support, leading strategic and operational HR activities. Previously, Jessica held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where oversight was provided for HR functions supporting over 6,000 team members. As the Owner of Huntington Learning Center, Jessica managed one of the fastest-growing children's learning franchises in the U.S. Additionally, significant HR leadership roles were held at CEVA Logistics as Senior Vice President and at Laura Mercier Cosmetics as Division Vice President, overseeing HR for thousands of employees across multiple regions. Other roles include Director of Employee Development and Training at MetroNational, Vice President of Operations at SOLO Learning/ExecuTrain, and Training Project Specialist at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, demonstrating a robust career in human resources, training, and development across diverse industries.
