Brannon LeBouef is a seasoned professional in law enforcement and firearms training, currently serving as the Law Enforcement & Instructor Liaison and National Preferred Expert Witness for U.S. & Texas LawShield® since May 2019. Brannon actively supports the concealed handgun instructor community in Louisiana and has authored a Louisiana CHP Workbook for free distribution to permit course students. As CEO and Range Master of the NOLATAC Training Center, established in January 2016, Brannon oversees an extensive outdoor training facility designed for law enforcement, military, and civilian use. Brannon also founded the NOLATAC Veterans Training Program and owns the St Bernard Indoor Shooting Center, specializing in firearms training and personal protection. Previously, Brannon has held roles at Haley Strategic Partners as an Instructor and Director of Training and Operations, providing advanced firearms training and curriculum development. Brannon holds two Master's degrees in Criminal Justice Administration from Loyola University New Orleans.
