Lindsey Harris is a knowledgeable healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and health policy. Currently serving as a Legislative Fellow in Representative Lauren Underwood’s Office at the U.S. House of Representatives since January 2023, Lindsey is also a Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellow at the National Academy of Medicine since September 2022. Additionally, Lindsey has been a Family Nurse Practitioner at The University of Alabama at Birmingham since July 2006. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, an MSN in Family Practice Nursing from the same institution, a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Samford University, a Business minor from Samford University, and a High School Diploma from Baylor School.
