Frank Holmes is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer at U.S. Global Investors, a position held since January 1990. In addition, Frank serves as Chairman of the Board for HIVE Blockchain Technologies LTD since September 2017. Educationally, Frank attended Jarvis Collegiate Institute in Toronto, where a High School Grade 13 was earned in Sciences and Sports, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
