Michelle Capron has extensive experience in administrative roles and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Team Administrative Assistant at BD since March 2012, Michelle has previously held positions including Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Administrator at Rust Constructors Inc. from November 1998 to March 2012, and President of the Glens Falls Figure Skating Club from September 2004 to August 2011. As a skater with the US Figure Skating Association since 1978, Michelle demonstrates a long-standing commitment to the sport. Additional experiences include work in education as a substitute teacher from 1986 to 1998 and in order administration and purchasing at Northeast Broadcast Lab, Inc. between 1978 and 1997. Michelle holds a Master of Education degree from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
