Tony Nichols is an experienced management and program analyst currently serving as the Lead Management and Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Justice since July 2022. Previously, Tony held various positions within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including Senior Management Program Analyst, where responsibilities included performance measurement and project planning across numerous regional offices, and Facilities Manager, overseeing building maintenance and safety inspections. Early career roles included Human Resource Specialist, specializing in the recruitment process, and Personnel Security Officer, executing personnel security tasks. Tony holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from West Virginia State University.
