Audra Robb is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist (Lead Auditor) at the U.S. Department of Justice since January 2023. Prior to this role, Audra worked as a Management Analyst/Technical Advisor at the Internal Revenue Service, where responsibilities included developing the Human Capital Framework Assessment Program and delivering training. Audra has also held positions as an HR Specialist at the Transportation Security Administration and as a Human Resources Specialist with the Office of Personnel Management, where evaluations of federal government HR practices were conducted. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Senior Account Executive at ClickMotive, Programmer Analyst at TCE, and Data Analyst II at DTI Associates. Audra holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/International Business from Kansas State University.
