Lunar Mai possesses extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Transaction Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Counsel focused on M&A at The Clorox Company and Associate in M&A at Debevoise & Plimpton. Lunar has also worked as Counsel on a secondment in the Food & Chemicals Group at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and gained early experience as a Law Student Intern at the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic (WIRAC). Lunar Mai holds a legal education from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
