Sharon Gerdes is an accomplished Health and Wellness Editor at BNP Media, where a decade of experience includes writing the "Dairy Detective" column for Dairy Foods Magazine. As the Owner of DairyTech Communications since 1998, Sharon is a Certified Food Scientist who collaborates with multinational corporations on food science, nutrition, labeling, and regulatory issues.
