Tomas Kaselionis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emergency management and public safety. Currently serving as the Global Mobility Manager for the U.S. Coast Guard, Tomas has developed strategies for global mobilization of specialized forces. With a background spanning roles from Senior Enlisted Reserve Advisor to operations management during disaster responses with FEMA, Tomas has demonstrated leadership in high-pressure situations, including federal responses to Super Typhoon Yutu and large-scale disaster recovery operations. In addition to military service, Tomas has held roles in public safety management with the Presidio Trust and as a director on the Novato Fire District Board. Educational credentials include executive fellowships from Harvard Kennedy School and National Defense University, focusing on crisis leadership and strategic preparedness.
