Ryan Kiskis is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Credit Strategy at U.S. Bank since June 2012, where responsibilities include risk rating framework development, credit concentration management, and strategic planning for various credit initiatives. Prior to this role, Ryan was the SVP and CRE Secured National Underwriting Manager, coordinating underwriting and portfolio management for Commercial Real Estate secured debt. Ryan also served as a Vice President and Relationship Manager, facilitating financing for REITs and other investors. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo in the Special Situations Group, focusing on distressed commercial real estate debt. Ryan began a career in finance as a Production Intern at NorthMarq Capital and holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
