Julio Rivera is an experienced Risk Executive specializing in Analytics and model implementation, with a strong focus on regulatory requirements such as CCAR, CECL, and Stress Testing. Currently serving as SVP at U.S. Bank since November 2016, Julio has held multiple leadership roles overseeing Credit Transformation, Data Strategy, and Reporting. Prior to this, Julio contributed to SAS as Solution Management Lead for CECL/IFRS9, and held various positions in risk management and quantitative analysis at TCF Bank, Ally Financial Inc., and GMAC ResCap, among others. Julio possesses advanced education in Executive Leadership from both the Pacific Coast Banking School and the University of Washington.
