Lauren Louisaire is an experienced engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Currently serving as a General Systems Engineer at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since June 2022, Lauren has a diverse professional background that includes roles as a Machine Vision Engineer and Systems Engineer at 3M from September 2018 to November 2022. Previous experience encompasses a Manufacturing Systems Co-op at Parker Hannifin, where development of automated maintenance systems took place, and a Manufacturing Engineer internship at Sapona Plastics, focusing on mechanical design and PLC programming. Additionally, Lauren held a leadership position with the Army Educational Outreach Program, creating hands-on science curricula for students.
