Kenny McDowell is an experienced Operations Research Analyst at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since October 2019, specializing in data science and artificial intelligence evaluation within the Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Division. Previously, as a Management Analyst - Army Fellow at the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) from March 2018 to October 2019, Kenny conducted evaluations of information management systems, performed financial analyses, and consulted on strategic initiatives while developing a prototype knowledge management system. Kenny holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in History with an Economics Minor from Brown University.
