Edward La Luz is an experienced Exercise Planning Specialist currently serving with U.S. Army North (5th Army) since September 2022. Prior to this role, Edward held positions as a Joint Exercise Planner at Engineering & Computer Simulations from January 2021 to September 2022, and as an Exercise Specialist at L2 Defense, Inc. from May 2019 to January 2021. Edward possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Trident University International. With a strong background in defense and emergency management, Edward is well-equipped to make significant contributions to mission success.
