Claire Alloschery has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Chargée de missions Développement RH at U Logistique since June 2022. Claire's earlier career includes senior consultancy at Keyrus Management, where key projects involved training needs assessment, skill mapping, and quality of work life analysis. Additional HR roles were held at BNP Paribas, Coface, and IDgroup, focusing on various aspects of recruitment, career management, and HR process development. Claire holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Project Management from SKEMA Business School.
