Danielle Claus is an experienced account manager currently working at U Brands since November 2020, previously holding the position of associate account manager. At U Brands, Danielle manages 60 accounts as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing an average of 25 live projects, providing cost-efficient design solutions, and developing strong business relationships. Prior experience includes serving as a project manager at Superior Lithographics, where responsibilities encompassed processing purchase orders, analyzing market trends, and implementing value-added processes. Danielle has also held customer service roles at Lincoln Market and Deli and European Wax Center, where customer interaction and sales improvement were key components. Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Packaging for Graphic Communication from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2018.
