Sergio Chaidez is a Senior Counsel at Tyson & Mendes since November 2021, with extensive experience in consumer protection litigation, having previously served as an Attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC from March 2019 to April 2021, and at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt, LLP from January 2018 to November 2018. Sergio founded a solo practice in consumer protection and contract disputes from February 2016 to January 2018, managing a portfolio of active cases. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at The Fullman Firm, P.C. from January 2014 to September 2015, where Sergio handled a significant number of litigation and post-judgment cases. Sergio holds a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in Civil Litigation from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and a BA in Political Science/International Relations, cum laude, from California State University-Long Beach.
