Tim Nance, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Payroll Processing and Compliance at Tyson Foods, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Tim Nance was the Director of Global Payroll at Arrow Electronics from September 2020 to October 2024. Tim Nance also has extensive experience in managing payroll departments, including a tenure at Windstream Communications where responsibilities included overseeing payroll for over 13,000 employees with an annual payroll exceeding $1 billion across 48 states and Canada. Earlier in the career, Tim Nance worked at InteliStaf Healthcare, progressing from Payroll Manager to Staff Manager in the payroll division. Tim Nance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
