Amber Wallace is an experienced learning and development professional with a background in training and team management. Currently serving as Learning Manager at Tyson Foods since January 2019, Amber has held multiple roles including Lead Trainer and Skills Trainer. Prior experience includes working as an Engagement Coach at Startek, focusing on customer relations, team dynamics, and sales within telecommunications. Amber holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology from Fort Hays State University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Bellevue University, expected to complete in December 2025.
