With previous roles including Sr. Manager of Executive Development & Talent Partner, Alex has demonstrated expertise in director-level development and talent pipeline planning, achieving significant cost reductions and high satisfaction ratings in training programs. Prior experience at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. involved comprehensive talent development initiatives that enhanced employee engagement and retention, as well as successful transitions to virtual learning modalities.
