Adonna Knight-Vardeman

Principal Scientist at Tyson Foods

Adonna Knight-Vardeman is a Principal Scientist with extensive experience in food service distribution product development and regional chain account product development at Tyson Foods. Prior to Tyson Foods, Adonna worked as a Senior Food Technologist at Pilgrim's Pride and Hudson Foods, Inc., focusing on research and development for national accounts and clubstores. Adonna holds a M.S. in Meat Science from Iowa State University, a B.S. in Animal Science with Livestock Merchandising from Oklahoma State University, and an A.S. in Animal Science from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M.
