Jesko von Windheim is the current CEO at Tyrata, but they have held many other notable positions in their career. Jesko was the CEO at Nextreme Thermal Solutions from December 2004 to March 2011. Jesko was also the Vice President, GM at JDS Uniphase from April 2000 to September 2002. Most notably, they were the CEO at Zenalux Biomedical from January 2010 to January 2018. During their time at Zenalux Biomedical, they were responsible for developing novel biophotonic-based tools to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer as well as other disease states.

Jesko von Windheim has an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Guelph.
