Linus Hallberg has a background in client service operations and tier 3 support, with experience in managing support functions and improving efficiency. As a product manager, Linus has worked on building B2B SaaS platforms at both Typeform and GlobalSign. At GlobalSign, Linus was responsible for developing a new business system and a greenfield platform. Linus holds a degree from the University of Portsmouth and is currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Typeform.
