Anish Pimpley is an experienced AI professional currently serving as a Founding Member at Typeface since November 2022, focusing on personalized generative AI solutions for enterprise. Previously, Anish held roles at Microsoft from July 2019 to November 2022, including Applied Scientist II within the AI Platform and as part of the Microsoft AI Development Acceleration Program, where expertise encompassed large transformer models, graph neural networks, and large-scale time-series anomaly detection. Anish also contributed to computer vision as a Machine Learning intern at MathWorks and engaged in research on multimodal question answering at Microsoft Research Montreal. Earlier experience includes developing machine learning pipelines at SenseHawk and performing manufacturing data analysis at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. Anish holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
