Joanne Henry has 16 years of experience at Tyne & Wear Fire & Rescue Service, currently serving as HR Services Manager after progressing through various roles within the organization. Prior to this, Joanne held the position of HR Advisor, providing comprehensive HR process and policy guidance to managers and staff. Earlier career experience includes serving as HR Administrator at B&Q from April 2000 to August 2006 and as Checkout Supervisor at Morrisons from March 1998 to April 2000. Joanne holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from the University of Sunderland, completed between 2009 and 2012, and is a graduate of Thornhill Comprehensive School in Sunderland.
