Jayne Symons has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, sales, and education. Jayne most recently served as the Director of Marketing at Tyndale Christian School (SA) starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Communications & Engagement Director at Cornerstone College Mt Barker from October 2020 to August 2023. Jayne also held the position of Sales Manager at Adelaide Showground and Royal Adelaide Show from April 2015 to October 2020. In addition, they served as the Business Development Manager SA at APT Travel Group from June 2007 to April 2015. Jayne has also worked as a Trainer at the Australian Tourism College and Recruitment Centre and as a Sales Manager at Topdeck Travel. Jayne began their career at Flight Centre, where they held roles as a Mentor Manager and Team Leader for a total of 6 years.
Jayne Symons attended Henley High School from 1989 to 1994. Jayne later obtained an Associate's Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations from TAFE SA in 2014. In addition, they hold several certifications, including a Diploma in Tourism (Marketing) SIT50112 obtained in 2014, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) obtained in 2013, and a Certificate III in Tourism obtained in 1999.
