Helen Thompson-Parry has been working in the healthcare industry since 1998. Helen started as a Graduate Management Trainee for Boots Opticians, then moved to a Retail Store Coach role in the same company. In 2003, they joined Boots Hearingcare as a Hearing Aid Audiologist. In 2014, they were promoted to Regional Hearingcare Manager. In 2018, they moved to Amplifon as an Area Manager. In 2019, they became a Business Owner and Clinical Lead at Renew Hearing Care Ltd. Currently, they are working as a National Account Manager at TympaHealth Technologies Ltd.

Helen Thompson-Parry attended St John Plessington RC High School from 1992 to 1994. Helen then went on to the University of Liverpool, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology and Geography in 1997.
