Tiago Pais has a long and varied work experience. Tiago began their career in 2006 as a Solutions Architect, Spreadd Lead Developer, Senior Consultant and Consultant at Opensoft. In 2012, they founded and became the CTO of Easy Vino. In 2013, they took on the role of Tech Lead and Mentor at Satta Project and in 2014, they founded and became the CTO of BePretty. In 2022, they became the Technology Manager at Keen Founders and in 2020, they founded and became the CTO of Tymber.

Tiago Pais began their educational journey at Colégio Moderno from 1992 to 2001. Tiago then attended Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where they received their BSc - Licenciatura in Computer Science from 2001 to 2006. Tiago then went on to Delft University of Technology, where they earned an MSc in Computer Science from 2005 to 2006. Tiago then returned to Universidade Nova de Lisboa to obtain an MSc in Computer Science, Updating Distributed Systems in 2008. In 2015, they attended IES - Social Business School, where they completed a Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Powered by INSEAD in the field of Social Entrepreneurship.
