Kyle Dukes has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Kyle began their career as a Restaurant/Nightclub Server at Stingaree, where they provided fine dining restaurant and VIP nightclub services. In 2010, they became a College Counselor at Ashford University, where they counseled students on career goals, time management, and life decisions, as well as advising them on undergraduate degree programs. In 2017, they joined The Cannabis Chamber of Commerce as a Board Member. In 2018, they became a Cannabis Consultant at Torrey Holistics, where they specialized in a curated offering of California's finest cannabis products and a one on one shopping experience with a personal cannabis consultant. In 2014, they Co-Founded and served as Tech Wizard for Dr. May Organics, an award-winning line of premium infused cannabis products based in Salinas, California. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Tymber.

Kyle Dukes attended San Diego State University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Marketing. Kyle then attended Ashford University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership.
