Paul Surratt has extensive work experience in manufacturing operations and engineering. Paul is currently the Director of Facility Manufacturing Operations at TYM Tractors, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at YANMAR America for over 20 years, starting as an Applications Engineer at Suhner USA in 1999. At YANMAR America, they held various roles, including Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations from March 2013 to March 2022, and Manager of Quality and Systems from June 2001 to March 2013.

Paul Surratt's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering Technology with a focus on Manufacturing Operations and a minor in Quality Principals Tech from Kennesaw State University - Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology.
