Amir Parstabar is an experienced creative leader with a strong background in advertising and design. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at TYLT since 2016, Amir previously founded and directed Mindhard Creative from 2011 to 2016, emphasizing a balance of creativity and business acumen. Prior to this, Amir co-led Deadline Advertising as Co-President and Executive Creative Director from 1996 to 2010, where the focus was on integrating print and digital creative strategies. Early career experiences include roles as Creative Director at Virtual Film Market, Junior Art Director at Dazu, and Designer at Young & Co. Amir holds a BA in Advertising Design from ArtCenter College of Design, earned between 1987 and 1991.
