Tamara Dukes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and government sectors. Currently serving as VP Strategy & Growth at Tyler Technologies and VP of Partnership Solutions at NIC Inc. since April 2016, Tamara previously held key positions such as Director of Client Engagement and National Enterprise Manager at Novitex Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities included managing significant accounts and driving revenue growth. Tamara also served as SVP of Strategic Government Alliances at Imagitas, overseeing a $150 million partnership with the United States Postal Service. Additional experiences include regional management and executive roles at NIC across various subsidiaries, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to building effective partnerships and strategic engagement. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Wheaton College.
