Ellen Reed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Director and Product Manager at Tyler Technologies since February 2020, Ellen also instructs the Legal Technology course in the Legal Studies program at Highline College. Prior to this, Ellen co-founded inForm Legal Tech, focusing on legal software development for pro bono programs. Ellen's career includes roles such as Social Services Coordinator at Kids in Need of Defense, Program Lead for the Limited License Legal Technician program at the Washington State Bar Association, and Program Operations Coordinator at the King County Bar Association. Ellen holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
