Jack Giles is a dedicated professional with a background in pension administration and team management. Currently serving as a Graduate Trainee at Halo Service Solutions since September 2021, Jack previously worked as a Pension Administrator at Buck from July 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included calculating member pensions and communicating with stakeholders. Prior to that role, Jack held the position of Administrative Manager at Sterling Secure Ltd and completed an internship as a Tech Manager at the University of Essex Students' Union. Jack earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Essex and achieved B-Grade A-Levels in Psychology, Maths, and Religious Studies, along with 13 GCSEs that included Grade A in Maths and English at Southend High School for Boys.
